I had an excellent experience with Becca for my Ultra Glo and Accufit appointment. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. What really impressed me was how thoroughly she explained everything. She took the time to walk me through all my treatment options so I could make an informed decision, and during the actual treatment, she explained each step of what she was doing. I never felt left in the dark about the process. The care didn’t stop when the treatment ended - Becca took the time to write up detailed post-care instructions for me to take home. This was incredibly helpful since it’s easy to forget specific aftercare steps, and having everything written down gave me confidence that I was following the proper recovery routine. Becca’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really stood out. I would definitely recommend her services and will be returning for future treatments. Pro tip: do the Accufit and Ultra (or other treatments) at the same time so you don’t need to make two appointments.
